Five turn-key waterfront townhomes in Elizabeth

Buyers attracted to HarborFront Villas have mainly comprised of young families who are attracted to the community’s waterside location, secure grounds and kid-friendly play area. Many inquiries and buyers originated from Brooklyn, Staten Island, Newark, Elizabeth and surrounding neighborhoods in New Jersey.

Despite its development as an urban city, Elizabeth is attractive for its greenery and suburban feel.
